Release 216 - Dark mode

Dark mode

This update adds a long overdue is a dark mode for the site, and can be toggled on and off using the sun/moon icon in the top right corner of the site. Thanks to redditor PurpleFox32 for prompting this request again. This should work on all pages, but if you find any issues please let me know.

Also some theming updates for the event days themes. Event themes can now be toggled on and off using the calendar icon when they are active (Thanks for the video inclusion xisumavoid).
