WIP Beta Mob Generator v2

This is a work in progress update for the new mob generator, which is being rewritten to be more modular and easier to maintain.

The new verion has taken months of work just to get to this point, and there is still a long way to go before it is ready for release. The new version is being built with a lot of the new features and improvements in mind, so it should be a lot better than the current version when it is finally released.
