Summon Mob Generator v2 villagers, and a few more mobs

Version 2 of the Mob Generator has been applied to villages. It should work almost the same, but if anything broke please report bugs. Some minor bug fixes and improvements to Mob Generator v2. Chickens and Copper Golems also now use the Version 2.

Also fixed a bug bug at food components with incorrect letter casing on show particles and show icon for Minecraft 1.20.5+
