Summon mobs updated

All mobs with summon pages now use Mob Generator v2. This is the last step towards for migration to Mob Generator v2. Next week the Mob Generator will fully move over to v2, along with some additional refactoring for final code improvements. After that the focus will be to tackle the backlist of feature requests and bug fixes.

Uuid minor work in progress changes on the summon generators, this has changed a lot over Minecraft versions and still has some issues. This will be worked on over the next several releases.
