Mob Generator v2

The summon mob generator now uses the new framework. This represents a huge milestone in modernising the code base and is the end product of many months worth of effort.

Finally patched mob spawners to work correctly for recent versions of minecraft, this task has long been overdue and it is nice to have it complete. It is one several tasks that had relied on moving to the new framework.

Still lots of bugs fixes and features to work on, but this is a huge step forward for the future of the mob generator.
