Release 260 - UUID Tool added

UUID Tool added

This update has focused on uuid improvements for the Summon Owner tag, and Trusted tag. Out off this a uuid converter has been added, which also includes a waypoint color preview.

This update also includes a critial fix for issue with items not re-encoding correctly for items, trades and containers. The bug prevents certain items from being added to villager trades, containers with items and suspicious blocks. Thanks to all the redditors that pointed this one out.
