Using the summon command to spawn in a minecraft ocelot is simple, take the command and enter into chat and presto you have a ocelot. Ocelots were once more complicated then they are now, it is no longer possible to tame ocelots into a cats.
How to summon a ocelot that trusts players
Set the Trusting data tag will add trust so the ocelet no longer flees from players.

Like most passive mobs in Minecraft, you can summon a ocelot kitten by setting the Age tag to a negative number (under the "Additional" tab).
/summon minecraft:ocelot ~ ~ ~ {Age:-1200} (Grows up in 60 seconds)/summon minecraft:ocelot ~ ~ ~ {Age:-6000} (Grows up in 5 minutes)
