Facing a location
/rotate @p[x=44,z=32,dx=1,dz=1] facing -10 5 20

Facing an entity, there can only be a maximum of 1 target, so for multi selectors the generator will add a limit of 1.
/rotate @p facing entity @e[type=creeper,limit=1] eyes

There can only be a maximum of 1 target, so for multi selectors the generator will add a limit of 1.
/rotate @e[type=horse,limit=1,sort=nearest] facing 10 0 90
