Using the summon command to spawn in a minecraft hoglin is simple, take the command and enter into chat and presto you have a hoglin.

Summon hoglin that is immune to becoming a zombie

When TimeInOverworld reaches 300 the hoglin will become zombie. You can prevent hoglin from turning into a zombie when in the overworld by setting the IsImmuneToZombification:1

How to summon a baby hoglin (piglet)

Like most passive mobs in Minecraft, you can summon a piglet by setting the Age tag to a negative number (under the "Additional" tab).
