Using the summon command to spawn in a minecraft piglin brute is simple, take the command and enter into chat and presto you have a piglin brute. There are no baby piglin brutes, maybe they were regular piglins that liked to work out.

Summon piglin brute that is immune to becoming a zombie

When TimeInOverworld reaches 300 the piglin brute will become zombie. You can prevent piglin brute from turning into a zombie when in the overworld by setting the IsImmuneToZombification:1
